About the role

We are seeking a Technical Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be lead the process initiatives for the IT team while supervising Infrasturcture Management, Technical Support, Incident Management and process improvement functions for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Infrastructure Management- Oversee the organization’s IT systems, networks, and hardware.
  • Provide expert-level support for hardware, software, and network issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
  • Administer and maintain IT systems, including servers (Windows/Linux), cloud services, and virtualization platforms.
  • Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee help desk operations to ensure timely resolution of user issues and queries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, solutions, end standard operating procedures.
  • Manage and prioritize high-impact incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the IT support team.
